Free Tickets to the Dickens Fair

Although we didn't see him until we left the building and headed for the parking lot, Scrooge was definitely in the house.

I don't know what I like more, the costume, or the look on that woman's face.

Ghost of Christmas past.

Tried roasted chestnuts. Pretty good--tasted more like potatoes to me. Once again, it's a toss-up: this guy's face or the roasted chestnuts.

One of these things is not like the others...


At one point I decided the name of the game was take as many pictures with as many characters as possible. Not as easy as you might think. This is, by the way, a pose.

Publishing Party

After a unit on Personal Narratives, we had a publishing party where students shared their stories. I am not supposed to share these, but I can't resist. They look so happy.
